3. Service Appointment Scheduling, Access & Repairs

Authorization: By booking a service, you authorize our technicians to access your device/appliance for repair purposes.

Abandoned Items: If an item is left for repair and not claimed within 60 days of completion notification, we reserve the right to dispose of or sell the item to cover costs.
Clients must ensure that an adult (18+) is present at the location and that our technicians have safe, unobstructed access to the equipment. If a scheduled appointment cannot be completed due to lack of access or site safety concerns, a service call fee may still apply.

This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to new, unrelated faults or damages caused by improper use, moisture, or power surges after the repair is completed.
10 . Liability & Data Risk
While every precaution is taken, Geek Care Appointment is not responsible for data loss on computers or technical devices. It is the client's responsibility to have a full data backup prior to our arrival. Our liability for any damage to property or devices is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
